*It's worth the weight*

so my weight loss journey begins today *OFFICIALLY* 2/1/2012


last week i weighed in at 240 so that will be my starting weight. My goal is 50lbs in 5 months...now i'm very proud because i lost 10lbs in a week...(i had weighed in at 250 the previous week). since the goal is 50 in 5 i will only be weighing in once a month on the 1st. this will keep me from obsessing over pounds lost or the lack there of. i'm really excited!

the plan
*3 day water fast twice a month the 1st-4th and 15th-19 of each month
*on non fasting weeks workout 5x's a week on fast weeks 2x's a week
*keep a food journal
*take bi weekly pics on the 1st and 15th of each month
*stay committed!

i'll be traveling to memphis ,tn for a dress fitting for a wedding im in at the end of the summer
so i'm excited to have my big reveal in may @ 190 lbs!!! also i'll be straightening my hair in may and hopefully i'll have significant length by then...new year,blessed changes...i'm ready! are you???
